Asphalt Prep
Asphalt surface preparation is a prerequisite to sealcoating and crack repair. Neglect proper surface prep and your asphalt driveway repairs are set up to fail. But why is it important to clean the surface first before we apply crack filler or sealcoating?
Crack sealers don't bond properly to the sidewalls if dirt, debris, and vegetation get in the way. You'll only be wasting materials if you neglect this part of the crack repair process. And when post-repair problems pop up, you'll need to fix them later on. That can hike up the maintenance cost for you and your customer.

Power Brush
The first surface prep tool you must have in your arsenal is the wire street broom. Asphalt surface prep brooms feature wire bristles capable of removing dust, loose aggregates, and vegetation.

These brooms are perfect for homeowners who want to maintain small or mid-sized driveways or new contractors who might not have the budget to purchase higher-end cleaning equipment. Remember, though, that cleaning a large property using a wire street broom will take a lot of elbow grease.
The power broom is designed to clean any dirt of debris from the existing pavement surface before spraying asphalt. This provides a clean surface for the asphalt binder to adhere to. In addition, while the seal coat has been constructed, the brooms are used to remove any excess aggregate not embedded into the asphalt binder.

Pressure Wash
Pressure washing is an effective way to clean an asphalt surface. Asphalt is especially prone to build up from dirt and grime, which can become embedded in the asphalt. The breakdown of these contaminants can cause extensive damage to the asphalt over time. Pressure washing helps prevent issues such as cracking and potholes by removing these damaging contaminants from the surface of the asphalt.

Crack Fill
Asphalt pavement is a big investment, and it can last for decades if it’s well maintained. If your maintenance budget is limited, crack sealing is the single most effective and beneficial thing you can do to preserve your investment. Although asphalt cracks are inevitable, if they’re sealed properly, water isn’t able to penetrate the asphalt surface, and a wide variety of problems are prevented.

When water seeps through asphalt cracks, the base and sub-grade below are eroded, this destroys the load-bearing capacity of the pavement. Over time, more cracks will form, and you’ll see potholes, sinkholes, and fatigue cracking (also referred to as alligator cracking.) If left untreated, each of these issues can eventually create a large enough problem that the asphalt will need to be removed and replaced.
Patch
A dollar spent on carrying out necessary repairs on small pavement cracks can help save thousands of dollars a few years after. When cracks are repaired as soon as they are noticed, repairing or patching them up immediately will prevent the crack from turning into a bigger issue. Hence, you get to save on the cost of complete replacement. The lifespan of the road can also be extended.
Sealcoat
Sealcoating asphalt, seals the small cracks that can turn into large cracks and prevents water from seeping down to the base material. The dark black color of newly applied sealcoat improves the appearance of new and old asphalt, making your driveway or parking lot look near brand new.

New sealcoating can preserve the resilience of asphalt surfaces and help hide small cracks, patches and rough spots as well as making traffic lines on parking lots more visible. Sealcoat that is applied correctly makes your asphalt driveway look cleaner because rain washes dirt and debris easily away from the smooth, non-porous surface.
Sealcoating acts as a waterproofing agent, minimizing the rate at which water enters the asphalt. Sealcoating asphalt prevents the seepage of water and moisture from rain and snow, thus preventing damage from freeze thaw cycles which is the major reason driveways or parking lots begin forming cracks or even worse, alligator cracks.

Alligator Crack Repair
If it's too late to fix small cracks it's time to bring out the big guns: Gator Patch. Gator Patch is an asphalt repair patch designed to fill the fatigue cracks and create a watertight bond to protect your pavement. Gator patches can later be sealed over to make them blend in seamlessly with the rest of your pavement.
Striping
Parking lot and pavement striping reduces parking lot accidents while also reducing liability in the event that one occurs. Parking lot line painting fades over time due to exposure to water, asphalt degradation, and excessive vehicle traffic, as well as normal wear and tear. Current parking areas around commercial buildings require being re-striped between every one to three years, based on the traffic level and the quality of paint used.
We offer various colors and designs for use on commercial pavement for a variety of applications in addition to typical parking lot striping including handicap icons, reserved spots, numbered spots, and more.
